Nestled in a desert scaped backyard, you'll find a private pool complete with a soothing waterfall, perfect for unwinding under the sun. Adjacent is a BBQ bar area for al fresco dining and a gazebo with a cozy conversation set, ideal for evening gatherings. Sharpen your putting skills on the private green before cooling off in the pool. Inside, discover a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom layout with a den, equipped with a work desk for productivity. The fully stocked kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, a water softener, and reverse osmosis system for pristine drinking water. Feel at home with amenities such as a washer and dryer, ironing board, and garage parking. Stay connected with fiber internet speeds up to 1050 Mbps, while LED pool lights set the mood for evening swims. There are three heated Johnson Ranch Pools with hot tubs close by as well. Access to a 9 hole pitch and putt par-3 golf course, use of the tennis/pickleball courts, parks, and soccer fields. ************************** Service Animals & Emotional Support Animals Policy At our property, we respect and comply with Airbnb's policies regarding service animals and emotional support animals. To ensure a smooth experience for all, guests traveling with service animals are strongly encouraged to notify us in advance. As per Airbnb’s policy, guests must confirm that their service animal is necessary due to a disability and specify the tasks the animal is trained to perform. Please note that emotional support animals are not permitted at our residence, in accordance with Airbnb guidelines, and we reserve the right to decline these requests. Our property maintains a strict no-pet policy due to allergy concerns and the additional cleaning required. Furthermore, should there be any evidence of pet hair or additional cleaning needed after a guest’s stay, an additional cleaning fee of $250 or more may be applied in line with Airbnb's policies. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all guests.

Other Details to Note

Smoking and the presence of pets are strictly prohibited on the premises. The minimum age requirement for renting the property is 25 years. We'd be delighted to accommodate an early check-in if available, for an additional fee of $50, payable through Airbnb. The earliest possible check-in time would be 10 AM. Let us know if you're interested! Pool heating services are available at an additional cost of $20 per day for the entirety of your stay. Partial heating arrangements for specific days are not feasible. **IMPORTANT** Photo ID Requirement: As part of maintaining an active reservation, the primary renter agrees to provide a photo ID upon acceptance of the reservation. This ID will be required to be sent to the owner for verification purposes. Declaration of Children: In the event that children are included in the reservation, the primary renter is obligated to specify the ages of the children. This information is necessary for accommodation and safety purposes. The primary guest must be staying at the property the entire time during the rented period. We do not allow someone to book on behalf of another person or group.

We would suggest renting a car. There is UBER and Lyft but renting a car would be a much better option.
