This was a wonderful place to stay! The beds were very comfortable! Stocked with everything you need! Hot tub was well taken care of. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Katie’s place was exactly as described. It was extremely clean and everything we needed was there and easy to find. The neighborhood is calm, safe, and neighbors were friendly. Great for a family. Katie is very responsive and will help you.

We had wonderful stay it was just as Katie said in her listing. Actually one of the nicest places we have ever stayed as far as furnishings and she had every item well stocked just in case you forgot something. The pool was magnificent we enjoyed it immensely. Great instructions on getting in the home also any questions I had was answered immediately. She is very responsive. Thank you so much for sharing you home with us and looking forward to returning. 🙂

We stayed for 5 weeks , we enjoyed the salt water pool, played pickleball at the community center , it’s close to shopping and restraunts . Katie was very quick to respond if we had any questions. We would return in future.

What can I say that everyone else hasn't already said about this amazing home and host? The home itself is right on the golf course, the backyard is impeccable. the home is styled cohesively and the pictures don't even do it justice. The beds and bedding were super comfortable, the tvs were huge and great quality! The kitchen was well stocked, the a/c was super cold and there were tons of extra towels. IYKYK. The neighborhood is very quiet and yet everything is conveniently located near the home. The hosts were available and checked in with us but we're not micro managing our stay. I stay in a lot of airbnb's and this one is TOP NOTCH in SanTan Valley/Queen Creek. You will not regret booking this house.

Beautiful home and very gracious hosts! Home was perfect, clean, exactly as described, beautifully decorated, family friendly, in a safe and quiet neighborhood. We will definitely use Katie again, hopefully for an upcoming trip to Alaska!

Super great place! Spacious, yet cozy. Fully stocked kitchen was great to cook at home, and even Tupperware to store leftovers. A few minutes outside of town making it a little more quiet and reserved, but close enough to run out if you forgot something.

Great place to stay, very comfortable and cozy. Had all the necessary amenities. Appreciated that there wasn’t clutter and space was used wisely. Liked the open concept and room layout.

Great place to stay with all the amenities you need! Host was very proactive and clear in their communication. Close to world-class fishing on the Kenai, and the chest freezer made storing fish easy during the stay.
